Dr. Nilesh Munshi is currently serving as the Director of Neelwin HR One Consulting LLP and previously held the position of GM Human Resources at Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) as well as GM HR&A at Gujarat industries Power Company limited. Dr. Munshi has a robust academic background with Master degrees from Gujarat University and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University. His professional expertise encompasses human resource management, organizational leadership, and industrial relations making him a prominent figure in his field with a substantial impact on workforce management and organizational development.

Experience as a Practice Head with acumen in business management, strategic initiatives for business remodeling & offerings, GTM strategy for the industry specific offerings. Demonstrated strong commercial acumen and skills to build new channels either market directly or through strategic partners. Successful experience of working with cross-cultural, multi-national teams while ensuring optimal utilization of resources and overall profitability. Development of strategies and plans including partnership identification for Business & Practice growth as a co-owner of the top line.
